Responsibilities:
- Daily retail counter visit planning & execution
- Order booking via mobile ERP app
- Identifying new counters (Target: 300-500)
- Reporting out-of-stock and competitor pricing
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Oversees distributor performance and leads a team of 5 to 10 Sales Officers within a district or metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:
- Team beat monitoring & joint fieldwork
- Distributor appointment & stock replenishment
- Achievement of monthly secondary sales targets
- Reviewing daily SO activity and attendance
Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Strategic commercial leader accountable for state-wide C&F coordination, Super Distributor performance, and regional revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Regional revenue forecasting & target setting
- C&F hub logistics coordination
- Mentoring ASMs and driving team motivation
- Strategic market expansion in new districts
